Pawster Pets offers free standard shipping on all orders to destinations available at checkout. No minimum purchase is required.

Orders typically take 2–4 business days to process before shipment. Standard delivery typically takes 7–14 business days after processing. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by the destination, carrier, customs, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

After your order ships, we will email tracking information when it is available.

Please enter a complete and accurate shipping address. If you notice an error, email pawsterpets@outlook.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed.

A destination is eligible for shipping when it is available for selection at checkout. For questions about a delayed, missing, or damaged delivery, contact pawsterpets@outlook.com and include your order number.
